Perfect solution for large or small runs

– Can be applied to all types of fabric: 100% cotton, polyester, mix, viscose etc.
– Can be applied to fabric of any color (light or dark colors ok, no need for white-only fabric as unlike in DTG where you print on the garment, here in DTF we print it for you on a film, and then you press it on your choice of colours. So you don’t need to worry about colours or type of fabric. How cool is that!?
– Full color + white- we can print full colour, and the colours done with DTF are typically bright and vivid. Just make sure your background is transparent!
– Soft feel. You will notice the print doesn’t feel hard, rubbery or bulky. This is because DTF technique prints a very thin layer, and the ink doesn’t soak through the fabric
– Great durability- the prints hold well to washing, provided you follow washing and care instructions for the type of fabric. As a general rule, cold or lukewarm water is better for garments printed with DTF, as very hot water can possibly cause damage to the print.
– Gang sheets are welcome. Gang sheets are simply put, specific size sheets, where you can fit multiple designs to print
– No minimum- we do not require a minimum quantity for you to place an order.

Your artwork must be print-ready, at the size you want it to be printed. 300 DPI resolution is suggested for best results. Please ensure that your background is 100% transparent otherwise it will be printed as it is received.

Artwork will be printed in the size that you send. Please kindly note that we WILL NOT resize the image! This is important to us

Artwork must be ready to print and in PNG format at 300 dpi with a transparent background or the background will be printed. We will not make any changes to the file or remove the background for you. We will Only print it.

*INSTRUCTIONS :

Pressure: medium to heavy
Dwell time: 8-10 seconds
Heat press temperature: 300 degrees

HOT PEEL. Grab sheet by one corner and peel at a 45 degree angle. Peel quickly and smoothly in one consistent motion. You can also cold peel if you prefer to let the garment sit for a few minutes. Either way, after peeling, cover the transfer with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for 3-5 seconds to really “drive” the transfer down into the garment for proper bonding.

PRO TIP: included with your sheet is a color bar printed down the length of the sheet. Rather than just throw the color bar away, use this as a practice piece on some scrap so that you can get the hang of how to properly peel the transfer (you really do need to use a peeling motion that is faster than you think). Plus, every heat press is different, so use the color bar to dial in which temperature, pressure, and dwell time settings work best for your setup.
